This is why I tell my grandchildren go into the trades. Electricians, HVAC, plumbing, heavy equipment operators the list is almost endless, and most of them paid extremely well.

I’m at the exec level and it’s BRUTAL. I know people who are 6 months in to the interview process. I’ve had 7 rounds of interviews. It’s nuts.
