@fitgreenmind: MISO EGGPLANT 🍆 This is how I come up with most of my recipes… using what I‘ve got, eye balling, just trying to make things taste good.😇 RECIPE (1 serving, 20min prep time): -1 eggplant Cut in quarters, then score diagonally. Brush with oil and add some salt. Air fry at 200C/400F for 10mins or bake at 200C/400F for 15-20mins. Miso marinade: -1 Tsp miso paste -1 Tsp soy sauce -1 Tsp vinegar -1 Tsp agave or maple syrup -1 clove garlic, minced -a thumbsize piece of ginger, minced Mix and use half of the marinade to brush on the eggplant. Air fry the eggplant for another 5mins or bake for 5-10 more mins. Mix the leftover marinade with some water to make a „dressing“. Serve with rice, cilantro, sesame and optionally some tofu. MISO-AUBERGINE 🍆 So entstehen fast alle meine Rezepte: Ich verwende das, was ich habe, mache freestyle und versuche einfach, dass es iwie gut schmeckt.😇 REZEPT (1 Portion, 20 Minuten Zubereitungszeit): -1 Aubergine In Viertel schneiden und dann diagonal einschneiden. Mit Öl bestreichen und etwas Salz hinzufügen. Bei 200 °C 10 Minuten airfryen oder 15–20 Minuten bei 200 °C backen. Miso-Marinade: -1 TL Misopaste -1 TL Sojasauce -1 TL Essig -1 TL Agaven- oder Ahornsirup -1 Knoblauchzehe, gehackt - ein daumengroßes Stück Ingwer, gehackt Mischen und die Aubergine mit der Hälfte der Marinade bestreichen. Die Auberginen weitere 5 Minuten airfryen oder weitere 5–10 Minuten backen. Die übrig gebliebene Marinade mit etwas Wasser zu einem „Dressing“ verrühren.
