Faraday bags are available on Amazon. wrap the thing in a Faraday bag...it's functioning and not removed...just can't send / get signals.

Dealer only put GPS tracker to people that does not have good credit, plus they do let you know upfront as a part of a finance deal so just in case a person is not able to make payments. They know where to get the car

Where I use to work we installed these on vehicles for dealerships, it was for people with repossessions on credit reports so just make your payments and your good lol
