Aw bless you! Similar thing happened to me with my diss, but if you do 333 words a day over 30 days you’ll be done, just made it seem more manageable in my head! You got this beaut 💗

Was it on word? I lost all my uni notes from the last two years on notion but was able to recover them since they have a system where everything is backed up for 30 days so see if your programme does?

If you saved it on your uni account, the uni will probably have a preservation hold library with all deleted files
