Basically ANYONE can agree to this type of house purchasing. In a reg mortgage the 1st few yrs we pay mostly interest then we begin paying principal. Halal is similar.

These Mortgages have been here for years. The 6.5% interest rate is paid, just that it is called a fee, but is the equivalent of the 6.5% rate.
