You pay for the experience, not time. This one guy asked me to install like 5 outlets, and wanted to pay me $100 because it took an hr. He was like “that’s $100 an hr!.” Thats not how this works.

Most people go to uni for 4-6 years, go into debt, and can barely find work even with internships. Blue collar jobs take skills that will most likely guarantee more pay and less job shortages.

Working in the trades you learn you always raise the price for teachers and doctors etc cause they’re going to come and be cheap and try to tell you how to do your job, even tho the hired you to do it
