Ingredients - 1 cup sushi rice - 3 tbsp Sushi seasoning - 1/2 lb Sushi grade tuna - 1/4 cup kewpie mayo - 1/4 cup sriracha - A dash of @chettyshotsauce - 1 tsp smoked paprika - 1 green onion - 1 jalapeño - Everything bagel seasoning Instructions Start by giving your rice a good rinse. Let the rice soak for 10 minutes then poor out the water. Add more water and when the water is clear you’re ready to cook. I used 1 cup of water in a pot tightly sealed with aluminum foil and a lid let it cook for 10 minutes then turned off the heat and let it steam for another 10 minutes. Hit the rice with the sushi seasoning then poor it into a sheet pan lined with plastic wrap. Let it cool down to room temperature so no steam forms. Firmly press is down and make sure it’s evenly distributed then place in the fridge over night. The next take take it out cut it into squares then fry in some oil at a temp of 375 for a minute a side or until golden. Try to be gentle and careful when flipping them. The rest is pretty easy. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Top your rice.
