I have a broken collar bone and I'm a side and stomach sleeper, I've had to use a travel neck pillow with my regular pillows to sleep for the past year, I'm DEFINITELY thinking of trying this.

My bilateral tendinitis could never. Sleeping with arms up like that cuts circulation to the arms causing swelling. Therapist recommended sleeping with arms to the side, fully extended w/o bends.

I bought one of those "side sleeper pillows" and it's a let down. I prefer my other pillows. issue is I keep waking up with crazy neck pains. I make sure to massage the knots but it's still a hassle
