@sarahmaddack: We have a surprise! Here’s the story 👇🏽 You won’t be surprised to hear me say this is totally a God story. This was nowhere near possible for us just a year ago, then God made a way that came out of nowhere. Then we were trying to get my taxes done asap in January before starting the preapproval process, and it kept getting delayed with random open loops. (You know how it goes.) Our lease was up April 11th, so we were anxious to start looking. I told Nathan, “Maybe there are so many random delays because the house God has for us isn’t even on the market yet.” Then the day we get preapproved…we see a house come on the market. We went to see it THAT day, and put in an offer 24 hours later. The very next day, we were under contract! And the move in date they proposed? April 11th. 🤯🤯🤯 WHAT. We’re so grateful to be in this situation and don’t take it for granted. We can’t wait to make our home a place where people feel like they can fully relax, be loved on, and feel at peace. 🥹🤍 And play !!!
