I had the same when I moved to UK 😂 first step: go to Job Centre, make an appointment, ask them to send you a letter with confirmation (give an address of friend), then with that letter go to (1)

Wouldn't it be easier to just open an account with HSBC. Then submit for an international account. You'll have 7 days to arrive at the foreign branch.

kinda same in thr netherlands, for an apartment you need a workplace, but able to work you need a BSN number and for that you need an adress 😂

These situations are all over the world 😂 I needed an official place of living to get a car, my landlord was very understanding and took me in officialy. In Ireland I had a friend who helped me ✌️
