Get ready to dive into one of my all-time fave dishes that's not only a health hero but also a breeze to whip up… it’s chia pudding! This gem was our debut recipe on the very first Wild Kitchen filming day, which, spoiler alert, was a hilarious disaster as you can see in our previously posted outtakes video 👀 Still, this recipe is a total staple and so we just had to share it! To make, simply toss the following ingredients into a big bowl: 1 cup chia seeds 2 tubs Coconut yoghurt (or one large 720g tub) 500ml Coconut water (or opt for a plant milk if you prefer) 4 tbsp maple syrup A pinch pink Himalayan salt  1 tsp vanilla extract Then give it a good mix until fully combined. Let it sit for up to an 1 hour to soak up all that deliciousness, and voilà! Your chia pudding is ready to eat! If your pudding is still a little watery, just pop it in the fridge for a bit to combine even further and firm up a bit. If it’s too thick, add more coconut water or plant milk. This recipe makes 4-6 portions (depending on how hungry you are) and it can last up to 4 days in the fridge, which makes it ideal for food prep for the week. It is also a canvas for any chia pudding flavour you can dream up, once you get started you will be creating a new pudding for every day of the week! Oh, and guess what? This recipe, PLUS 3 other fabulous chia pudding flavours are featured in our brand-new ebook, Soul Bowls! This Includes lemon curd, PB+J, and bounty. So don’t miss out— head over and pick up your preorder while it’s still on sale before the big release this week! #veganuary #veganfood #veganrecipes #plantpowered #veganchef #plantbasedchef #plantbasedcooking #plantbasedrecipes #vegantiktok #plantbasedtiktok #chiapudding
