these are called diminutives and they exist in english too (usually you add the suffix -et or -ette as in kitchenette, droplet, statuette)

So… what you mean by 'conjugation' (the noun changing in different use cases) is actually called 'declension' but here it's sth different altogether.

We also have this in romanian , we call them diminutivale for making things cute and/or small (idk what it's called in english) and augumentative for making things bigger

Ciasteczka is actually double derivative because first from "ciast-o" you make "ciast-k-o" and from that "ciast-ecz-k-o", where the "ecz" is historically speaking the same as "k" but
