I wouldn’t call it glowy. I think the purple hues from the blush plus the yellow hues in the foundation are combining to make a greyish tinge

I totally get underpainting but I feel like it’s just an excessive amount of blush and half of that would give the same result. Regardless your makeup is flawless as usual.
