I’m seeing a holistic doctor right now and he’s trying to get me to eat like this and I still sorta am and my weight is slowly coming off, he keeps insinuating I’m not following his diet. I’m about to have a meltdown, I was born without a thyroid, have PCOS and Type 2 diabetes.

From my experience, undereating causes weight gain. Upping fats and protein has always been the way I ended up losing weight. I just struggle to keep up with eating how my body needs.
