I get like 60 grams of protein regularly. As a picky eater I struggle SO MUCH with finding foods that give me protein, I can eat steak and chicken for every meal

I’m in a high calorie deficit, plus started strength training and eating 100g of protein but I’m not losing anything 😭 I’m 147 but want to be 130. I already lost 60 just by cardio

Ehhh slightly disagree, if you keep your fats low for a long period of time your hormones will for sure get disrupted
