Clonidine is the way forward….I refuse to take HRT. Health and Her Menopause from Holland & Barrett have helped me also I take a high dosage of Vitamin D and I use Napiers wild yam cream on my feet 👌

I was put on clonidine when I finally received my diagnosis for ADHD and ASD at 42. Took me off all my antidepressants and added HRT for PM. I’ve lost 20KGs in 6 months and finally feel “normal”.

still not enough awareness especially in 6 years it took to get help after I lost job and my mind perimenapause started at 39 I am now 48 diagnosis and treatment at 45 .

I was prescribed Sertraline for my terrible anxiety. It made my lack of focus and brain fog much worse. I’m now one month into HRT and the progesterone especially has significantly reduced my anxiety

menopause trainer here, yes low dose antidepressants can help some symptoms BUT many times anti-d's are prescribed due to misdiagnosis. Also don't do an FSH! Treat on symptoms.

So I had a hysterectomy at 32, I have one ovary left, I had endometriosis and I take pop to stop me ovulating. I gather I can’t have oestrogen because of the endometriosis, is this correct?
