@chef_boydbrownthe3rd: This Loaded Chili Garlic Cabbage is superior when it comes to flavor 🤌🏾 If you can’t find cabbage recipe you like, try this version 🔥🔥 Inspo @patty.plates Ingredients: 1 Medium Sized Head of Cabbage Chili Garlic Sauce (store-bought or homemade) 1/2 Cup Sake 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce 1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes Fresh Parsley (chopped) ½ Cup Breadcrumbs (finely blended or store-bought for topping) Parmesan Cheese (for topping) Instructions: Lightly toast the breadcrumbs in a medium skillet and add the parsley and red chili flakes. Toss for about 1 minute and remove from heat. Cut the cabbage into quarters, leaving a smooth point at the stem. On a baking sheet or cutting board, salt the quarters of cabbage generously. In a large skillet on high heat, add a little extra virgin olive oil. Sear each side of the cabbage wedges aggressively until brown. Deglaze with Sake, and reduce heat to medium (let the sake reduce by half) Add chili garlic sauce and soy sauce to the pan, incorporate the ingredients and baste. Remove cabbage quarters from the pan and onto a serving plate or bowl. Top the cabbage off with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
