if you're in public you can film as much as you want. if you're sat on a bench in the town centre then you can film everyone going past as its perfectly lawful.

I don’t actually understand why anyone would even want to watch drunk women out in public. It seems creepy and pointless. But at the end of the day, they’re out in public, it’s not illegal to film people out in public without their consent so this feels much ado about nothing. Why are women never taking responsibility for their own behaviour?
