@nicholelynn_: 1 year ago today I made the decision to leave my childhood dream job without a plan. It was the scariest and, what seemed like, the most reckless decision I’ve ever made. But I knew I was being pulled in a different direction. A direction in which my sole focus would be on my family. Teaching would have never allowed me to be nearly this present with my husband and daughter. I’m forever grateful that I had the strength to walk away from something that was no longer serving me and my aspirations.
