I’ve just found out that I too have Telogen effluvium🥺. It is super scary and stressful. Apparently it happens about 90 days after a stressful/traumatic experience on the body.

I was diagnosed with TE over a year ago and 5% minoxidil & spironolactone have been a game changer!!Nutrafol is a great “natural” option but SO pricey 😭

Minoxidil / rogaine helped me. I was losing globs and globs of hair I don’t know how I’m not bald. My hair has grown so much & so quickly. It takes a while for you to notice the growth but it works.

This happened to me in 2020. I tried rosemary and coconut oil. My shedding eventually stopped on its own. My hair is still thin but it’s getting better. But my texture has never been the same since.
