You don’t need that much flour which can contribute to the toughness of rolling it out. Just needed a little on the cup and surface. Dough is also easier to work with when at room temp.

Too much flour will dry out the dough. Just use a little…like a small spoonful. Also, you don’t need a rolling pin, you can use the stretching & shape method to get a thinnner, larger crust 🙂
