Currently recovering from total knee revision 10 weeks ago and love the outings and doing awesome. You'll be sore tomorrow, absolutely worth it for sure! do your PT and you'll be good as gold!

Tip: When I had knee surgery, and needed to keep it extended, I'd prop a crutch under my butt and along my extended leg. it worked in a pinch and helped define that the leg was braced by the crutch.

PT here…when you read this at about 4am, the pain is normal, you just overdid it. Ice, take your pain meds, maybe try to sleep in the recliner. Tomorrow will be rough, but the day was worth it!
