I was doing Aimovig injections monthly but now I'm on Qulipta. it's giving me the same relief of a few less migraines a month and it's a daily pill. maybe check out that one if insurance allows

type 1 diabetic, since I was 10, I'm 42 now. I used to have a problem giving myself a shot, and my doc when I was a kid gave me a tool that worked a lot like that, but you can fit reg syringes into it

I do a shot for my own migraines. I have found using an icepack on the area and doing it on top of your leg, not the side, helps. I used a tattoo pain guide to see where it might hurt the least.

I am afraid of needles too but when I was younger, I had to take growth hormone once a night and I got used to those needles but I’m still afraid of the other ones
