Add the chicken, cayenne pepper powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, and Italian seasoning, and crumble the chicken stock cube over the pan. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.   Add the yellow onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and green olives. Cook for another 4-5 minutes. Finally, add the cheese and mix well.   Spread the slices of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on them and distribute the chicken mixture on top. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on it, followed by the Algerienne sauce. Cover with bread.   Top the slices of bread with a layer of cream cheese, grated cheese, and slices of tomato. Place  in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F). Bake for 10 minutes, or until the rolls are nicely golden brown.   Tips:   Replace the chicken thighs with chicken breast. 6 rolls - 25 minutes
