Unless you you’re trying to build strength and have 2 diff days in the week for rep ranges. Then this is not a good tip. Either volume or intensity is the reason for delay recovery

tbh the way i do it is alternating the rep ranges, my split is ppl/ul, so on my push and pull days i’ll do a topset 6-8, backdown 10-12
