You know the ones, interview people in the street and hope one of them will say something ridiculous that riles everyone in the comments section up. Do you know one reason why this is such a difficult question to answer? Because most people are tripping over what “choice” actually means. We all have choices, yes. Technically we can all choose to change how we eat and how much exercise we do. The real question is *why* those choices are harder for some people than others. For example, I have a home gym I can walk into in 15 seconds. I am actually about to walk in and train now. You have the same choice as I do to exercise, but is your choice as easy as mine is, if you have to drive a long way to your gym? Do you see the confusion? P.S.
