You judge, you criticize, you second guess every work and post and you question why you even started. You will be your own worst critic. Your inner voice starts begging you to go back to your comfort zone. Yes, the same zone you’ve been stuck in and desperately want out of, but boy it sure felt “safer” in there. You see, if taking a leap of faith was easy, everyone would be living their dream life. And the truth is, my favorite people to follow, support and love on are the ones who are real. The ones I can relate to. Not the perfectly curated pages or lives, the women brave enough to put themselves out there authentically and imperfectly. These women are my inspiration and these women are why I took the courageous and messy leap into my online business. And when THAT comment came “she has less than 1000 followers clearly has no idea what she’s doing” two things came to mind. I love my 740 followers and of course I had no idea what I was doing 5 months ago, but I invested in education that has taught me soooo much. But that wasn’t enough… I also invested in mentorship….5 amazing women who encourage me every single day, help me when I need it and show me where to improve. So I kept going, kept learning and sure as hell, I kept on growing. We all start scared, filled with self doubt and we all start messy. My wish for you is that you just start. You will amaze yourself in what you learn, the self growth journey will below your mind and you will grow (and most importantly) GLOW up in every single way. Get out there and invest in yourself. Try new things and ignore the voices of self doubt, family members or strangers along the way.
