That’s why I’d put earbuds in, so people could talk but I wouldn’t hear. I’d be walking out of Walmart after clocking out and people would be asking me to help them. I took my vest off too.

I say “if I slip & get hurt I’m not covered” & it usually confuses them enough for me to escape, but I once used my nice voice to tell a lady that I didn’t want to have to sue her if I fell & got hurt
