@shinichimine: Could this be the best chicken Karaage in town? We paid a visit to Kotetsu Chaya not too far from Ala Moana Shopping after hearing rave reviews about their Japanese fried chicken. We both loved their version and I’ll even go as far to say, it was one of the best I’ve had! Chicken was fried perfectly. Light and crispy batter with juicy tender meat. Karaage perfection! We also tried their Ginger Pork and Taco rice, both as good as any in Japan. Good portion size at reasonable prices.
