@alexsfoodieadventures: Three Elephants & Co , St Kilda Since the opening in 2019, Three Elephants & Co has been serving up the most sensational Sri Lankan food!!! You’ll find it located in front of the old French Embassy which carries a lot of charm and history. Onto the food, the absolute highlight of our meal was their mud crab with a curry sauce! The crab was so sweet and tender, full of flavour and the brioche was crispy, soft and the perfect accompaniment to dip into the rich and flavourful curry sauce. This dish is only available on Wednesday nights so YOU HAVE TO GO THEN!! There are also three other flavours you can choose from! The other absolute must get from their menu is the traditional Sri Lankan hoppers (available on Fridays and Saturdays) with your choice of curry and coconut sambal! We had the lamb curry. The depth of flavour in this dish was beyond words! It had the perfect amount of spice and was such a fun dish to eat! We also tried their bush calamari which was sensational and their classic Sri Lankan croquettes which were good but in comparison to other dishes were not the standout dish for me!
