I have pcos and found out when I CRAVED sugar was when my bgl was randomly about to drop to 2-3 but if I didn't eat food, it's regulated itself and go back to 5-7

I’m a type 1 diabetic and I have a glucose monitor as well , i recommend skin grip patches. They are like super Strong and come in a lot of cute colors( pastels and rainbows). They’re waterproof too!
