You all LOVE my volume hacks and so do I!!! Some people misinterpret these videos by thinking that the one option is better than the other. But the truth is, these hacks are what helped me make informed decisions when it came to my weight loss journey! I’ve always had a huge appetite and a huge sweet tooth. Two things that don’t typically go well with weight loss ;) So learning to work with myself and my strengths is exactly what helped me see results, and become the weight loss coach that I am today! Yes, you can eat normal deep-fried fries if it's what you truly want & will truly satisfy you. Bear in mind that it doesn’t provide as much volume, is lower in fiber and also isn’t exactly the most nutritious choice. However, they absolutely can fit in and remember OVERALL diet is what matters the most! These cinnamon butternut fries are honestly pretty heavenly! I ate the entire plate and love that I don’t feel sluggish after! The only critique I would say- is that they don’t come out super crispy like traditional versions.
