When tapping the third eye and you start to see colours.. don’t ignore those different intricacies and shapes forming cause later on you should try shape the colours yourself for different visuals

when i did this it felt like my finger was drawn to my forehead, and by the time i opened my eyes everything was blurry and out of order and i felt extremely conscious.
