I would say take the babies and raise them if you plan to integrate them to your flock. because otherwise you will end up with many feral chickens.

She was a feral chicken before, you did help her but so once the babies were born she just became feral again. You might have to let her go be free and raise the babies.

A buddy of mine had rooster that kept attacking. . He would take a laundry basket, and when the rooster came after him, he would just put it over the rooster..

i have game hens and they’re wild, but if they need doctored simply net them and doctor them. absolutely no reason to take her babies away. game hens themselves are FERAL.

she's just being a fantastic protective mother. the chickens will get friendly when mum rejects them when they get older.

Carry her around. It helps them calm down some, I did this with my aggressive rooster and he quieted down quite a bit

Take the babies, she will be okay in the long run and probably happier being her feral self. If you intend to keep them, it’s the best way to go. 🙏🏼❤️

Sounds like it'll be more work to raise them yourself in the short term but better for the flock overall long term.

I would consider putting the water and food near the door. Cover Easter under a laundry basket quickly and place a towel over it to de stress. Then

Can you not sit in there with her? try corn or peas or some treat she likes and offer via hand feeding.
