Everything I meal prepped at __ weeks pregnant with twins… with a little extra help holding up this belly. I've been doing these big meal prep days because one of the biggest things I want to accomplish before the twins arrive is filling our freezer. The problem? My motivation to keep going and my body's willingness to keep going are currently two VERY different things. 😅 Standing in the kitchen for hours puts so much pressure on my belly and lower back that usually those are what force me to call it quits.
