I tried to wean my cats off of clay over a long period of time. I finally eliminated the clay and that very night one of them pooped and peed on my bed. Now I do a combo 1/4 clay and 3/4 corn.

I'm so glad my cats are house trained just like our dogs are. but we still have litters boxes for over night or for when we are gone

I've started using hardwood pellets after a hate-hate relationship with clay, and going through multiple substitutions. did you know cats can be allergic to grass seed and walnut shell litter?? 💀😅
