email them and DONT throw out the plastic with the barcode because they will ask for it. if they say theyre out of stock keep pushing and INSIST a replacement. ask to speak to a manager if you must

Sadly they won't send you signed one if u contact them😔 they'll give u a refund tho which is not that bad so that means u got a free cd

This happened to me. I emailed them and demanded a new cd and told them I DIDN’T want a refund. They are sending me a new one hopefully it’s signed.
