Have you heard of palia? Its likely going to be similar. Meaning little to do, and the cash shop is nuts, like $30 bucks for not an outfit, but a cosmetic pair of pants. It gets wild.

The best Hobbit game I have played was actually a level in the Lego Lord of the Rings game. The original XBox also had a good Hobbit game. This one will be good too
