Idk I feel very differently on tipping. No one has to wait tables , I shouldn’t have to pay you personally , target is hiring.

Most people tip because they don’t want the embarrassment of not. I got the bill the other day from a food place and they had automatically added like a 20% tip so I told them to take that off.

I've been making this over year and I couldn't be happier 🙌🏻 Disclaimer: This is not sweet, it mainly has a nutty flavour and a hint of sweetness from the banana, but as it doesn't have any sugar added, it really not sweet. I combine it with banana in my yoghurt and that's sweet enough for me ❤️ Ingredients: - 500 grams old-fashioned oats (about 5 cups) - 200 gr spelt flakes (about 2 cups) - 2 medium bananas - 85 gr chopped almonds (about 3/4 cup) - 85 gr chopped walnuts (about 3/4 cup) - 40 gr sunflower seeds (about 1/4 cup) - 40 gr pumpkin seeds (about 1/4 cup) Optional: - Vanilla extract - Other nuts: pecans and hazelnuts also work really well 👌🏻 This is just what I like, feel free to adjust to your liking. You can also add dried fruit if that's more your speed - just add it at the end after everything has cooled off. Instructions: Preheat your oven to 150-165°C (300-325°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, spelt flakes, seeds, and chopped nuts. Mix these dry ingredients together. If you want a little extra sweetness and binding, add the mashed banana and vanilla extract (optional) to the dry ingredients. Mix well until everything is evenly coated. The mashed banana will help bind the oats together. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to press it down slightly. You want to create a relatively thin, even layer. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 45-55 minutes. Check the oats after 30 minutes and give them a gentle stir to ensure even baking. Continue baking until the oats are golden brown and crisp. Tip: if you're baking just 1 tray, you may need to shorten the time to 25-30 minutes. Store: Transfer your crunchy breakfast oats to an airtight container. They should stay fresh for a couple of weeks. #granola #breakfast #yoghurtbowl
