This is one of my favorite meals to make & to eat when it starts getting chilly out. Me and my mom's Beef & vegetable soup using @Pacificfoods beef broth! It’s so easy to make, and lasts me days. Also really good in the crock pot if you get started early in the day. Recipe below❤️ Ingredients: 2 lbs Stew Beef (or meat of choice) 6 Carrots (sliced) 1 lb Fresh or Frozen Orka (sliced) 2-3 Celery Sticks (chopped) 6 Potatoes (diced) 1 Bag Frozen Corn 3 Cloves Minced Garlic 1/2 Yellow Onion 1/2 tbsp Seasoning Salt 1/4 tsp Tony’s seasoning 1/4 tsp Onion Powder 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt/ Sea Salt 1/4 tsp Crushed Black Pepper 1/4 tbsp Oregano 1 Spring Thyme 1 Bay Leaf Pinch of Basil 1 pk Lipton Onion Soup Mix 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 -15 oz. Cans Diced Tomatoes 18 oz Can Tomato Sauce 2 Boxes Pacific Foods Beef Broth 2 cups Water Recipe: 1. Prep all of your veggies and set aside. 2. Wash and season of meat with Lawry’s, Tonys, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, & Pepper. 3. Heat large pot on medium/ medium-high heat, then add oil. 4. Once oil is hot, brown meat, then drain. 5. Sauté minced garlic and add beef back to pot. 6. Add Broth, Onion Soup Mix, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Bay Leaf, Thyme, Oregano, Onion, & Water. Salt and Pepper to taste. 7. Mix Well. 8. Let come to boil, then bring down to simmer. Cover. 9. Once meat is nice & tender (about an hour, hour 1/2), add veggies and potatoes. 10. Add more broth if necessary. 11. Stir. Cover. 12. Let simmer (covered) until veggies are fork tender. 13. Remove Bay Leaf. 14. Garnish with cheese of your choice, and accompany with cornbread if you’d like🤤 #freshfromthepantry #PacificPantry #PantryofPossibility #PacificPartner #cookwithme
