I stopped drinking a few months ago because it started making me feel terrible when I would, I couldn’t sleep and would wake up with my heart beating so fast and extremely hot 😭

I stopped drinking almost 40 years ago. Alcohol is pure poison and I wish it was discouraged like cigarettes are now. But it’s a huge money maker so nothing will be done.
