as a parent I don't understand the testing during the year for the kids not taking the MSTEP- why give them the anxiety that they're not as good as their peers for reading and math?

Day Day :
At my school admin makes us switch classrooms for state testing so it causes more confusion and stress on teachers. We also get to stay for meetings and get no conference period.

Number 4 is lacking in all schools, and honestly I see both sides but these scores don’t correlate to what they’ve learned w the curriculum we have.

how do you treat new teachers to the district, because despite 20 years experience I just got nonrenewed because I'm new to NM and have no rights, nontenured means evals can be faked
