Jo you’ve honestly summed up exactly what I go through with my daughter who I believe has adhd. Sometimes the tantrums are literally traumatising and her older brother doesn’t cope well due to her😭

Jo you are simply an amazing mum. My eldest (now 30) has undiagnosed ASC and growing up the understanding just wasn't there,especially from grandparents who simply couldn't understand.

I always say to my son 'what can we do to fix it' it works with him as he starts to open up about what he would like to do or what he thinks would help him,the distraction helps him x
