Recipe inspired by @southerndiscourse Ingredients: * 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts * 16 oz bow tie pasta (cooked and drained) * 1 cup diced celery * 4 green onions (chopped) * 2 cups mayo * 2 tablespoon lemon juice * 1 teaspoon dried parsley * 2 cups red seedless grapes (halved) * 1 cup sliced almonds * Pepper Directions: 1. Prepare chicken breasts and shred (or chop!) 2. Add to a large bowl with cooked and cooled pasta, celery, green onion, grapes, and almonds. 3. In a medium bowl mix together mayo, lemon juice, parsley, and pepper. Pour over ingredients and toss salad. 4.
