I think most people agree, it’s insane that after being investigated and found no wrongdoing, someone else can come in and change that verdict

I left my dumpster fire of an agency. It was terrifying going into a new unknown agency but it was definitely the best career move i ever made

It’s easier to change early in the career. Once you reach a certain point and they have a file on you it becomes very difficult. Even the place you’re at may not take you back if you left.

brother, giving the advice and taking it yourself are two different things. just because we dont do it(for what ever reason) doesnt mean you should not give solid advice(as this is).

Sometimes it better the devil you know…but, understand your frustration. I did 29 years with the same agency. We were constantly under court orders

Yes, I agree with you. I stayed 31 years with my agency and we went through a lot of issues. I left because it was time and the anti-police LA County DA.

I’m more fearful of being politically prosecuted than I am being killed on duty. Getting out feels more secure.

I hope they all leave and let the city burn. But. It’s easy for me to say as a retired cop who doesn’t live there.

You were right, they should absolutely leave before they too get charged with manslaughter for something they were cleared of. I hope that whole town rots in hell for what they’re doing to

Because of the environment, officers have options that were never available to them. This is a good thing!!
