It’s easier to change early in the career. Once you reach a certain point and they have a file on you it becomes very difficult. Even the place you’re at may not take you back if you left.

Yes, I agree with you. I stayed 31 years with my agency and we went through a lot of issues. I left because it was time and the anti-police LA County DA.
