thank you for your service kyle 🙏 these buffalo chicken tacos with a homemade ranch slaw are my taco thesday vibeeee 🌮 RECIPE (gluten free, dairy free option*) for the buffalo chicken  -1 lb chicken breast  -1/4 cup buffalo sauce (i used Frank’s, feel free to add more if you like it spicier ) -1/4 tsp garlic powder -1/4 tsp onion powder -1/4 tsp paprika -salt  + pepper for the slaw: -3 cups shredded cabbage -1 cup shredded carrots -1/2 cup chopped green onion -1/4 cup ranch (see below or use store bought) for the homemade ranch: -1/4 cup plain yogurt *sub mayo  -2 tsp fresh lemon juice -1/2 tsp garlic powder -1/4 tsp onion powder -1/2 tsp dried dill -1/4 tsp dried parsley -salt for serving: -warmed tortillas of choice (i used almond flour) -more ranch for drizzling -chopped green onion and/or parsley add chicken breasts to a pot and cover with an inch of water. bring to a boil. once boiling, reduce heat to low and let cook until it reaches an internal temp of 165F (timing can vary a lot but start checking around 15 minutes). while the chicken is cooking, whisk together all of the homemade ranch ingredients in a large bowl. then, add in the slaw ingredients. toss until combined. set aside. once chicken is done cooking, add it to a large bowl and shred it apart with 2 forks (or a mixer). add in buffalo sauce and spices. toss until combined. assemble your tacos starting with the tortilla, ranch slaw, buffalo chicken & top with a drizzle more of homemade/store-bought ranch, chopped green onion and/or parsley. enjoy!  #buffalochicken #buffalochickentacos #buffalosauce #tacotuesday #tacorecipes #homemaderanch #glutenfreerecipes #easyandhealthy #healthyrecipes #healthydinnerideas
