I added MO Richness to my creamy samp today and here’s how: For the samp: 250g samp 1 cup Cremora creamer 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated 1 L water 2 tbsp butter/margarine Method: Rinse the samp in cold water and soak for a couple of hours. Boil the samp in 1 litre of water until it is cooked and soft. Add the seasoning, margarine, cheese and Cremora. Stir while simmering until the samp is well coated and not separate.
