@ourwintonhome: DIY wall demolition. 🥴 We tore down a wall between our kitchen and living room and it was one of the best decisions! It feels so much more light and airy this way. I love seeing the natural light coming from the dining room windows.😍♥️ I was really nervous at first, afraid I wouldn’t like it but I love it.♥️ First we tore out the Sheetrock. Then we took down the framing, and added a new header so we would have a cased opening. Then we added new Sheetrock, trim work , paint etc… oh and the flooring…. We had to re do all do the flooring…..When we ripped out the wall , we had a hole where there was no flooring.. So we had to take the flooring up in our kitchen and dining room and lay it back down to fill in the missing spot….🥴 It was a lot of work but I love the end result.♥️ #budgetrenovations #diyhomerenovation #diyremodel #kitchenreno #whitekitchen
