Anyone who has not yet proven their skills needs to be mentored/monitored by a skilled tech. Kids need to learn, but there needs to be oversight.

I think the apprentice needs to go to school learn the theory and practice in class before you can let him her work on customers vehicles. Today ABS / Service mode there's too much to go wrong
