@seattlefoodieadventure: NEW California Pho chain restaurant “The Pho” is finally open in Burien, WA! I came on Saturday morning and line was out the door! They have a decent menu serving traditional Vietnamese dishes. 🍜 I’m not a coffee drinker but their iced coconut coffee was delicious. As for everything else I got, my Pho was bland and not flavorful. Beef short ribs also a big let down as well. It wasn’t flavorful and rice was mushy. I passed the feedback to the owner in-person and would consider coming back again sometime in the future. They are probably figuring things out during grand opening.
